After the contract documents are signed, you will give your lender the contract, specifications, and plans to complete the financing. When the financing is complete, we can begin construction on your new home.
Construction Phase
Construction begins with excavation and the foundation work. We will begin frequent communications with you as well as meeting at your new home to discuss selections.
Selection Process and Changes
You will have a schedule of decisions that you will need to make. Some clients choose to work with interior designers and some choose to use our resources; we can assist your either way. We will assist you during construction with any changes you may be interested in.
