Home > News > Schoen Builders Wins Home of the Year 2007 Schoen Builders Wins Home of the Year 2007 4/28/2007 Each year the Toledo Home Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council accepts entries to select the Home of the Year in various price categories. This year, Schoen Builders was proud to earn the award in the $350,000 to $449,000 price range for a home built in Perrysburg’s neighborhood The Sanctuary. The home features old world detailing often lacking in new construction such as wainscot paneling, extensive crown molding, window seats, and hardwood floors throughout most of the first and second floors. The result is a warm home with lots of character. "We are proud to win the award, especially since the home was designed by us,” comments Aaron Schoen, owner of Schoen Builders. “We are continuing to expand our custom design/build process by offering not only custom plan design, but also the ability to see your home in 3D prior to construction.” Schoen Builders has added a 42-inch monitor to their Perrysburg office for each client to preview their home with a virtual walk-through. Schoen Builders’ builds most of their homes in Perrysburg but also builds throughout the Toledo area.
