Many new neighborhoods are opening this summer and fall that will offer a variety of settings and locations for this summer’s custom homebuyer. Lots priced from $42,000 to $425,000 are providing a range of unique opportunities. Monclova, Perrysburg, and Sylvania remain the fastest growing areas of Toledo.

After quickly selling the 115-foot wide lots, Crimson Hollow welcomes the new plat with several lots already reserved. Crosscreek Woods, offering lots for any budget is working to open their plat two yet this fall. Many of the lots in plat two are already reserved with plans to quickly open plat three next spring.
Hull Prairie Meadows in Perrysburg, after great success holding two spring parade of homes, is now into the final plats. Plat four is now open and lots are selling quickly. Plat five will finish off the neighborhood just opened.
Sylvania adds several new neighborhoods. Brookside off Mitchaw in Sylvania Township opened plat one with lots ranging from $57,900 to $77,600.
